THE ART OF STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS & COLLABORATIONS
Ana Kristiansson, Portia & Desinder

Business growth comes from powerful partnerships and seamless teamwork.
Explore how collaboration between brands, suppliers, and retailers can drive sales, strengthen brand equity, and open new markets. Learn how to identify, create, and sustain high-impact partnerships, with case studies of brands that got it right.

Internally, misaligned teams and supplier delays slow down success. This session will also cover how CEOs and brand leaders can streamline operations, improve communication, and eliminate inefficiencies. This keynote will leave you with a clear plan for stronger partnerships and smarter workflows.

WORKSHOP: THE DATA-DRIVEN PLAYBOOK FOR SELL-OUT COLLECTIONS
Ana Kristiansson

Brands lose $500 billion annually to overproduction, with unsold stock piling up or being incinerated. Meanwhile, data-driven brands are creating collections that sell out fast, minimizing waste and maximizing profit. How can you do the same?

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to use data, consumer feedback, and predictive analytics to plan collections with precision—reducing overproduction, optimizing inventory, and ensuring every piece resonates with your audience.

Lundhags re-make

INSPIRATION: GIVE NEW LIFE TO OLD GEAR
Alexandra Nilsson, Lundhags

Lundhags believes in giving gear a second life rather than discarding it. When they receive a claim, their first approach is always to repair the item. If that’s not possible, they repurpose the materials for other repairs or transform them into something entirely new.

To further their mission, they have started hosting events where people can join in upcycling “trash” into functional and creative pieces. So far, they’ve crafted frame bags for bikes, cozy slippers for chilly days, and stylish handbags.
