Reima 2025 winter clothes collection is designed for active kids

Kids climbing up the slope

Reima 2025 winter clothes collection is designed for active kids and will now be exhibited at ISPO, Munich.

Based in Finland, the 80-year-old Reima is the leading kids-only active wear brand globally. Reima’s offering consists of tip-to-toe protective footwear, clothes, and accessories, for all seasons and all weather, for kids aged 0 to 12. To counteract the harmful effects of a sedentary indoors lifestyle, Reima’s mission is to get all kids out and active for at least one hour every day. The brand slogan “Weatherproofing kids since 1944” says it all: to Reima, there’s no such thing as bad weather.

Inspired by Arctic nature

For Autumn and Winter 2025, Reima designers have drawn inspiration from the North. Their designs immerse you in Arctic Scandinavian nature that’s both delicate and silent, strong and magical. The colors of this season’s prints are harmonious, yet pulsing with light, featuring details and characters that catch the eye. The fox, deer, and eagle invite kids to adventure in a rough fell landscape, on icy shores, and under open skies.

Also, the rich visual heritage of Nordic folk crafts is visible in Reima’s print and knit patterns. The designs get a special touch from the R device that’s hidden inside an Arctic flower, the sun, a star, or a snowflake – whichever association a playful mind produces.

All Reima all-over prints are digital, which saves water and print color compared to traditional screen or roller based textile printing methods.

One step ahead of the winter cold

In Reima winter shoes, kids can embrace sleet, snow, and ice with joy. The durable footwear stands up to tough conditions, offering weatherproof protection from water, cold, and slips. With Reima, kids are always ready to take another wonderful step in the snow!

*Why no PFAS?

All Reima wear has been PFAS free since 2018, and since autumn 2022, there are no more fluorinated carbon compounds on Reima shoes either.

Per- and polyfluorinated alcyl substances (PFAS) are fluorinated polymers often also referred to as PFCs or fluorocarbons. All fluorine-containing water & dirt repellent agents are have excellent performance, BUT they:

  • are stable – they take a long time to degrade in nature,
  • accumulate in the environment and in all animals & humans,
  • appear to be carcinogenic, and
  • may affect reproduction and hormone production in mammals.

What does Reima use instead of PFAS?

**What is bluesign®?
