Kupilka will celebrate the beginning of 2020 by expanding its product range with Kupilka 30 Coffee Go, a reusable coffee cup with a uniquely designed fully watertight lid (pat. pending). The coffee cup answers the call of the modern outdoor enthusiast living and working in the city. By blending urban minimalist aesthetics to robust natural materials and ecological values, Kupilka has created a product that is as much at home in the every-day urban city environment, as it is on ventures to the great outdoors. Whether it is barista blend or campfire brew – the new Kupilka 30 has got you covered.
The coffee cup is designed with an ergonomic shape and the bio-composite construction has excellent isolation properties. The new product is available in four exciting colours – original brown, conifer, cranberry and kelo black. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, each cup is unique and comes with a beautiful organic pattern.
All Kupilka products are made in Finland from the company’s own biomaterial, Kareline natural fibre composite. The material consists of 50% wood-based fibres from the certified Finnish forests and 50% polypropylene, resulting in an organic looking, light and durable product.
The product range includes cups, plates, bowls, cutlery sets, sporks, service trays, knives and firesteels. All Kupilka dishes and eating utensils are dishwasher safe. At the end of their life span, the products can be recycled, incinerated for heat energy or returned to the manufacturer for re-use. Kupilka packaging is made from recycled cardboard which can be recycled or burned.
Plasthill, the manufacturer, is a pioneer in environmental values and was one of the world’s first companies to start using green electricity in 1998.
