MOTIVAITON FROM THE JURY

On the waterproof, breathable Eco Proof Jacket, Haglöfs not only uses a polyester laminate that is partly made of recycled fabric and can be easily recycled again at the end of its lifecycle, parts of the jacket that can wear out during use are built in a way that they can be easily repaired. The zipper for example can be replaced by any type without having to apply tape afterwards. The face fabric is also extremely abrasion resistant – which is not so common for polyester fabrics. The stylish and minimalistic design perfectly fits the intended use as an urban outdoor jacket.

Recycled and bluesign® approved into the smallest details; making this jacket durable, recycled, bluesign®, limiting the products environmental footprint as much as possible. It is completely fluorocarbon free. Features one of the very few bluesign® approved YKK zippers and made from recycled Natulon.
