Primary innovation features

The dedication of three Haglöfs friends, all freeriding women gave the jacket a female cut in waist and breast area for extraordinary female fit, slanted vents for superior ventilation, inner placket ventilation for breathability during bad weather. For the Skade Jacket, Haglöfs wouldn’t adapt garments for men and women, but rather start from the very beginning with the female body in mind. It’s a performance piece that is strong and simple, appealing to the senses without losing function.

Intended specific end use

A dedicated freeriding woman, passionate skier with a need of a jacket with a feminine look.

Skade Jacket – specific features:

70 denier new C-Knit, is feather light, quiet and soft to the touch, perfect for the innermost layer of the new Gore-Tex fabric, bonded to the waterproof-breathable ePTFE membrane that gives you 15-20 % better breathability due to less glue used.

Sustainability information

Haglöfs’ sustainibility is an ongoing process that is fully integrated into day-to-day activities. They market their sustainability program under the ”Take Care” concept, a label that is carried by products that meet at least one of the following criteria: be a bluesign® product, be made of recyled materials or be made of organic cotton.
