PRIMARY INNOVATION FEATURES

The most remarkable thing about this stylish, minimalistic hooded jacket is that it is created from a material made with recycled “ghost nets”, discarded fishing nets that litter the ocean. These nets have been turned into a resilient, high-performance fabric that’s perfect for a light, sporty and really hard-wearing hooded jacket. Made in 41% recycled polyamide from collected ocean waste (e.g. fishing nets), 49% recycled polyester and 10% Elastane.

This jacket represents waste material that has been taken out of our oceans and turned it into something you can be proud to wear every day. It’s a high-performance piece suitable for a wide range of activities, in all conditions. The material is versatile and durable, managing moisture effectively and providing plenty of stretch. A highly comfortable brushed polyester inner makes the jacket more versatile for layering and activity.

SUSTAINABILITY INFORMATION

This item has been made to make use of recycled plastic that would ordinarily be clogging up the ocean, turning trash into something highly functional and wearable. Haglöfs is a member of bluesign® and 78% of their products are bluesign® products for FW18. Haglöfs products are increasingly made to be reused, repaired and recycled.
