PRIMARY INNOVATION FEATURES

The Keb Wool Sweater is light, versatile and engineered for long-lasting performance. The sweater has a double knitted fabric construction that combines the durability of a nylon outer layer with the soft warmth of merino wool against your body. This makes it a perfect mid layer that insulates, releases moisture and helps regulate body temperature. It is also odour-resistant. The fabric is made so that the merino wool is against the body for optimized heat retention and moisture release, and the nylon gives an abrasion-resistant outer layer.

INTENDED SPECIFIC END USE

A mid layer for all year-round use in the outdoors regardless of activity. Particularly useful on multi-day treks, as wool naturally resists bad odours. Perfect for trekking, ski touring and many other types of mountain activities.

SPECIFIC FEATURES

It’s designed minimalistic and with a focus on the essentials to reduce weight. With a combination of 60% traceable ethically sourced merino wool and 40% durable nylon. The seams in the sweater are positioned for movability and to minimize friction. Designed with two zippered hand pockets, positioned high so they don’t interfere with a backpack’s hipbelt. The sleeves ends with low-profile elastic thumb loops.

SUSTAINABILITY INFORMATION

Engineered for a long lifespan with an abrasion-resistant nylon outer layer. The ZQ merino inside layer is ethically produced and the wool can be traced back to a group of selected farms. Wool has been chosen for it’s excellent functional properties and because it’s a renewable and natural material. This choice of materials is in accordance with Fjällräven’s Preferred Materials List.
