Abisko Eco-Shell Jacket W combines excellent weather protection and minimum environmental impact with light weight, optimized stretch and technical solutions. These are features well known to the industry but the combination with a truly sustainable story and the extremely pliant and a 4 way stretch fabric is truly new. The result is an elevation of the 2,5 layer standard to a new level of performance.

Intended End Use

The Abisko Eco-shell jacket W is perfect for trekking and versatile enough to suit a variety of outdoor activities.

Specific features:

Minimalistic design: with few features keeps weight and pack volume at a minimum.
Material: 2,5 l. Eco-shell 4-way stretch super pliant and soft to the hand material.
Snug, protective hood: with laminated brim and easy-grip adjustment.
Shoulder and side seams: placed to minimize the risk of chafing when carrying a backpack.
Excess steam: can be released via pocket openings.
Packability: Stows away easily into its own pocket.

Sustainability Information

All the garments in the Eco-Shell program are made from 100% polyester, both new and recycled, making them suitable for future recycling. They are treated with fluorocarbon free impregnation and any unavoidable emissions that occur during production and transport are climate compensated. We are inspired by being part of true change, and by solving the waterproof riddle with the Eco-Shell alternative.
Because, as we see it, waterproof is not enough.
