Primary innovation features

Use of stain-resistant treated yarn on a fine 26 micron fiber. The process is in addition to the dyeing process keeping the treatment for longer than adding after process. Also making the garment unique as it is added to a finer fiber meaning we produce a more light weight knitted garment but still have the same properties as our original weatherproof garments. The membrane used in the super light lining is four-way stretch (knitted) that reacts in the same way as our fabrics when worn. The fabric is biodegradable, breathable and water-resistant.

Biodegradable, breathable and water resistant membrane. Air pocket in-between knit and membrane, causing a billowing effect, allowing moisture to transmit easier from inner to outer layer as air is moved in between the separate layers. Wind-test EN ISO 9237 L = 0mm. Breathability JIS L 1099 10.000 gr/m2 24h. Water column EN 20 8111 = 8000mm. High neck with wind protection. Merino inner gloves.
