Intended End Use

The new Hilleberg Niak 1.5 is a supremely comfortable yet lightweight three-season tent that is a palace for one person on any summer or warm weather trip. “We are very excited about the Niak,” says Bo Hilleberg, company founder, CEO and head of the product development group. “We call it the ‘Niak 1.5’ because it is the perfect solo tent when you want to be as comfortable as possible at a low weight – just 1.6 kg. But at the same time, it is quite suitable for two people who want to go as light as possible, and is especially good for a parent and a child, or one person and a dog.”
