Making smart members smarter

The S.O.G. member companies are spoiled in the sense that they typically attract well educated employees with high level outdoor skills. But even smart people know that life is a learning process so S.O.G. helps members in bending their learning curves. In conjunction with our member assemblies, we regularly hold competence development seminars in topics that will help members improve their businesses.

S.O.G. has also organized university level training in export sales management in cooperation with the Mid Sweden University.
